Sorry but I've managed to get in a disagreement with some person on twitter with them trying to tell me how to cure type 1. Any support from those of you with it would be amazing. I'm getting quite upset an frustrated tbh, I know I should just leave it but its so ridiculous. I obviously don't want anyone to be rude but any of you with more knowledge to stop this person would be amazing. His twitter is @Q4LT00. Or do you think I should just leave it?
 
Walk away from it Mooshk, your always going to get people like this trying there best to upset people, better to ignore them IMHO.
 
Thanks noblehead I know I will. its just worrying that people can be allowed to say this. What if a child with type 1 saw what they were saying an believed it! It's so dangerous

That's it, but they don't engage their brain before they write these things. It would appear that there's a few of these characters around on the social media sites as we have had members posting about it before, they are just attention seekers and best ignored as I say.
 
Well at least you have proved my theory about twitter.................. er twits. Never been on twitter, perhaps just walk away would be your best option.

Moosh, there are a lot of 'spanners' out there giving out a lot of ****. By engaging them you give them the oxygen of publicity and inflate their wannabe egos. Ignore them with a passion and they will annoy others who should ignore them too. After this they will go back and hide under that rock where they came from, such people are "lower than a snake's belly".

The best thing to do is just grit your teeth walk away from it. Such irritating idiots are generally know as trolls and have been around on the internet for years. They thrive on causing anger and upset - it's their sole purpose of existence - and the more they can get you to react the happier they are. So get your own back by totally ignoring him.

Its soso hard to walk away when someone is telling you to do something they know **** all about! I worked with someone like that and they thought they knew everything! She hasnt got Type 1 neither has anyone she knew! So just walk away and leave it go and sit watch TV and laugh at the ***** that think they know everything when secretly they know **** all xxx
 
Yes I would just say to them, "if you u say so", or something to that effect, then r wort them,no matter what social site they are on.
