Anonymous Question Surgery to remove scar tissue

I have developed dyrupens syndrome through being diabetic so much pain and I've decided to have an op to cut the scar tissue out so I can use my hand properly. Question is will this be the answer ? A friend of mine had it done and ended up worse off than before
