Was that hypoglycaemic attack at the wheel or elsewhere OP? I belive you need to have more than one, ie 2 hypos requiring assistance before you are not allowed to drive. However, the DVLA seem to make the rules up as they go along, according to whatever the medical officer you are speaking that day wants to do, so I wouldn't expect much logic from them.
If you had an actual seizure, as opposed to just a hypo, that's different I think just one is all that's needed, but I've never heard of a hypo resulting in a seizure before.
