Approved Survey on Needle disposal

Same here I don't want 'Bio Hazard' boxes in my house... The whole sharps bin process is preposterously complicated and I can't be bothered with it.

Wonder what they do with their own sharps if they don't have a licence, or are they saying that they don't have a licence to take patients sharps bins? Either way do get in touch with your DSN and if necessary ask your Consultant to intervene in this matter, there's no way you should be left with 4 full sharp bins that you can't get rid of.
