I find I sweat when there's something affecting my blood sugar, I break out in a sweat and when I check my blood sugar is either on the way up or down and it's usually a sharp shift. I know because I've tested during episodes. It's a strange type of sweating, that I can't explain to people. Across the top of my forehead and my neck and chest will be wet/ clammy but I feel cold to the touch, it's really debilitating so I can certainly sympathasise with you, it's so bad this morning I haven't had anything to eat for fear of making it worse! Woke up this morning blood sugar was 5.7 it's now 6.4 and I've had several temperature spikes, I've wondered if it's the body natural defences trying to regulate itself? Which would indicate good control making the flashes/ sweating less frequent?
