Has anybody seen a chart which has the quantities of sugar v different sweeteners. When a recipe says perhaps Splenda or equivalent liquid Splenda I don't know how much to use but they all use different sweeteners, In my 'special cupboard' I have Truvia Baking Blend, Total Sweet and Sucron (in reserve)

They do have that information on them but it is still very confusing. It would be great if there was a comparison chart somewhere out there. We can only hope.

Lets face it....in nature the concentration of sweetness is usually only found in fruits and honeys, so my thoughts are avoid man made sweetners like the plague
