Sooooo excited to be completing the swim 22 challenge for Diabetes UK this year.
2018 hasn’t had the best start for me, DKA and hospital admissions...
HOWEVER... I want to give back to the people who have been supporting me and support other diabetics...
I have set myself a target for £100 however I know I can achieve more than this... I would really appreciate any help in sharing this post across as many networks possible...
