Any problems ? Is it better ? Click to expand... I'm much happier with my Tresiba than I was with my Lantus. More stable for me, and as a bonus it doesn't sting like Lantus did!

I need a shorter acting basal like Levemir to give me the fine daily adjustment my life needs. Others love the long flat profile of Tresiba. Horses for courses, as they say.
