I have tried. But I take less dosages & still it worked for me. It take long time to see result 3 month ago my weekly fasting sugar level use to be 7.2 or 7.3 mmol/l in the morning.
I am tying combination of various herbs like 2 green teas in a day and 1 cinnamon tea. Green team usually after lunch & dinner. Cinnamon team after snak.
At this moment weekly 6.1 mmol/l . I am very strict on diet. I follow the diet chart from Martin Hums (Nutritional Therapist, Diabetes Defeated : The 14 day diet plan) Agora health LTD. You need lot of patience. It will surely work. I am on diet since last 7 years & successfully able to maintain sugar level Hb A1C below 7.2 all the time.
