I just wonder, can blood sugar level changes cause motion sickness? I never used to get car sick but just recently I've started to and I am trying to figure out why. Just wondering if anyone here ever experiences this.

Interesting question! I do know that if I have an empty stomach, motion sickness is worse for me. I would see your doctor if it continues, though - or gets worse - as it may indicate some other issue.

Anything more specific?
sudden changes in blood glucose level used to make me feel tired, woozy and generally unwell - actually there are lots of symptoms that would overlap with car sickness, though personally I've never had car or sea sickness, I'm pretty sure there is a genetic element there.. I also think there is a massive overlap with some of the feelings of being a bit tipsy (alcohol mainly being fermented sugar, so there is a surprising overlap there) - and clearly balance is affected by alcohol..

That is an interesting question...

Is there a pattern of change in your blood glucose that you can see repeating?

No, but I do need to start monitoring it when this happens I guess. I hardly ever go anywhere in a car or bus so tend to not think ahead when I do get a ride somewhere. Guess i need to start planning ahead.
