Metformin 1000mg. 2/day, Ramapril 10mg am,Avortastatin 20mg pm, Amlopadine 10mg pm,nicotine patch am,flucoccicillin 6/day IV, gabapentin 600mg 3/day,paracetamol 1000mg 4/day, Oramorph 20mg 4/day, Mst 40 mg 2/day, Cetrizine 10mg am
