I have been on a low carb diet for about 12 months now. I work out for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. I have a fairly active job. My problem is I have dropped two dress sizes, my shape is looking much better but the scales haven’t changed in about 9 months now. Why?
I agree with @lovinglife . Building muscle will add weight , however, muscles are glucose hungry so increasing muscle mass may help to reduce your blood sugars.
