If your diabetic can you still get tattoos mine are half finished and ide like to get them finished sometime

Yes, as long as your BG is well controlled diabetes shouldn't adversely affect wound healing. Keep your meter and something carbohydrate nearby since tattooing may (or may not) affect BG.

When I had my tattoos done I was advised to eat a small snack before hand as well.
