Try decaff versions, I know some people find caffeine can raise their bg slightly, so decaff may overcome this problem, and taste wise there is no difference!
For every story you can find that gives positive reasons why you should drink coffe you can easily find twice as many that state coffee is bad for you and why you shouldn't drink it.
I drink red wine regularly now as it's good for my blood sugar levels and allegedly my heart too. Not so sure it's good for my liver though. :shock:
