Tea

Hello Shadow,

Tea is no problem at all, although I find just the milk (cow's) that I put in it sends my bs level rocketing, but I'm not going to forego that. Others may not be affected the same, but I know I'm not alone.

As a matter of interest goat's milk is lower in sugars and the fresh semi-skimmed variety is quite acceptable in tea. Soya milk is even lower but doesn't work in tea.
