Anyone heard of, or tried teff?

It's supposed to be similar to quinoa, but even more of a wonder grain.

Also known as Ragi flour in supermarkets. Appears to be suitable for gluten free diets and teff is one of the resistant starches

Ragi is well worth a go as well, but I though ragi was millet?

I'll be looking for ragi as well now thanks, but I think they're a subtly different grain.

(If ragi is millet, I can honestly say, all those years ago as a kid, I never imagined fighting my budgie for his seed!!!)

Thanks catherine..... I'll ask my neighbour what name Teff might be known as in supermarkets besides Teff
