Terminal and. Scared - UPDATE !

Hi @kman. Good news. Bloods show am no longer in prediabetic range. Cholesterol up a bit so will swap butter with toast for breakfast to porridge again for while..... HbA1c 39 woohoo...... couldn't have done it without you......and the other great people in the forums

Hip Hip Hooray, Jan that is Wonderful News, Firstly Congratulations on bringing yourself out of the Pre- Diabetic range, and for being disciplined and determined enough to get there, I know .org couldn't have been easy,

Secondly Thanks for sharing here on the thread and for being such a reguler reader and Poster on the thread, your input has helped many people, and even more people know you have info / experience to share, and lots of Love to offer too,

Thirdly Thanks Personally for ALL the times you have been there when I have been Low in mood, You can't know how much .org has Helped Me, and how much .org has Meant to Me and Wendie !

Hi, Kman, Just popped in to say hello. Still over the moon with Lewis Hamilton.
I hope Wendy is getting back on her feet ( that is a bad joke )
We had a nice Christmas and New Year Oddly enough I did behave myself yet put on a bit of weight. ( I must have cheated without knowing )
Love your wee dog.
Sadly we lost our dog Bonnie 3 months ago, she was 17 years old. Still have not got over loosing her.

Keep up your good work, and sorry but you are lovely.

@izzzi so sorry to hear about the loss of your Bonnie but I feel for you all the more as currenty getting my chin washed by one of my girls of the same name. The worst of the hurt passes with time so that you can smile at the memories instead of them bringing such sadness.
 
I know, and it is true that most people that love dogs will always look after one.
Thanks @Sable_Jan, also our cat misses our Bonnie as well.

@izzzi I am so sorry for your loss .. Have lit a candle for Bonnie .. We light a little tea light every evening for our little gem who passed away 11 years ago ... Sounds odd but it helps

Not odd at all. It's a nice thing to do. A light for the light in your life that was extinguished too soon; no matter what age, its always too soon...

My Freind I am so very very sorry about Bonnie, and that the poor Cat also misses her, If ever you need to talk. ...... You know where I am,

As for behaving over Christmas, Well. .... Yes erm um er sort of like ?!? I certainly wasn't as good as I should have been ! Don't worry about a slight gain once a year at Christmas, even when it has come out of no where,

But you did get one thing wrong, and I Don't understand why because I already explained .... I am NOT and NEVER have been LOVELY. ... Now behave or I'll send the Puppy round to deal with you, and his Teeth are Razor Sharp, so are his Claws, and he's a Tenascious little Devil in Puppy clothing LOL. !

Once more I am so sorry for your loss, but You must have got things very right for Bonnie to reach 17 years of age, so well done,
