Surely as a diabetic on insulin if you need more strips you need to ask your GP to prescribe more. If your colleague's partner was taking part in a research project, the researchers would want to know as much about their figures as possible.Well it stems from when I was first diagnosed back in 2013 a colleague at the time, his partner was sent to King's College Hopsital, which is world reknown for diabetic studies, how true that is I have no idea, and he said his partner was given more than enough test strips at the one time. I believe six months supply to a year.
