Well - and I am type 2 diagnosed 3 months ago - my HB thingy test was 8.6% then - and today they said my test taken last week was 6% which I am dead chuffed about! Also my cholesterol has come down - I am doing the low carb route and it has definitely worked for me.

Thanks to everyone here for helping me chose the low carb route and I feel great.

Great results, keep on doing what you're doing! How far did your cholesterol drop, by the way? I'm working on the low carb/plant stanol approach to reduce mine from 5.8.
