Just like to say thank you so much to this site and everyone that has contributed, all the information and support is brilliant. I had my 1st blood test after being diagnosed 3 months ago. My bloods have fallen from 7% to 6.5%. I am so relieved. I was worried that the changes I was making weren't making a difference. I know Im a long way from getting a real grip on things but its a start . Thanks everyone :thumbup:
