soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
I sometimes buy myself a magazine at the supermarket. My favourites are "Essntials" and "Prima". These have interesting articles, which I enjoy and they seem to be aimed better at tthe"maturer Woman", which at 65 I AM.
August 2012 issue Prima has articles on fashion, including some stuff on wearing bright colours [which I do],advice on dealing with skin problems [I don't have any], some stuff on exerccise, some recipes[ which look good] and on page 119 a chart of what blood sugar should be. This shows a green block for 6mmol/l and below and says "it should ideally be below 6, and preferably around 5.
Colours shade like the rainbow to orange 6.1 - 6.9mmol/l which is labelled pre-diabetes and red7mmol/l labelled Type 2 diabetes and lists thesymptoms. So Somebody DOES KNOW
I'm going to emqail and thank them after i get back from collecting grandchild from Nursery school.
