Type 2 The BS level before the morning walk is lower that the BS level after the morning brisk walk for 45-

Did you eat before the walk? If not, your BG might have dropped and caused a liver dump to raise it again.

How much higher if within 20% it may just be the meter's limitation in accuracy you are seeing; or as Indy suggests a liver dump. I quite often experience same thing and it is most frustrating. Usually try to judge from my fasting level if to take morning walk one empty stomach or not, but do not always get it right. :frustrated:
