Got to be honest, the NHS can only treat the masses. For a good control, type 1 or type 2, you have to do it yourself.
Keep posting, and you'll get good advice, and the tools to do it from on here.

It's hard, I know, and I think, one way or another, we all get fed up of it from time to time.
