My 'non BG related usual suspects' for being thirsty are:
Monosodium glutamate
Soy sauce
Hidden salt
Preservatives/additives/flavourings
The first night I had sushi (it was lush), I was up half the night swigging water from the bathroom tap -staying in a b&b. Filled my 2litre bottle twice, and emptied them.
That's 4 litres between 11pm and 7am!
Can only assume it was msg...

That day. I didn't have alot just small bits of this and that. I've heard it's full of msg. I will look out hidden salt too.
MSG is a nightmare for me migraine and thurst is really bad asthma consultant says avoid it cause i get a rash and start wheezing so think its another allergy
