Thyroud problems?

Diabetes, I'll learn to live with it. I'll never love it.
I want to ask a question but not sure if I'm doing it right. I will have my 1st anniversary of being type1 in April. I have had medication for an overactive thyroid the last 4-5 weeks. This was stopped the other day as the medication was affecting my liver badly. I have been told radiation will not be good for me as the beta blockers I would have to take masks hypos. My best option is to have my thyroid out within the next week. Can anyone relate???

You may not realise it, but most of the member are from the United Kingdom, so it's not a time of day that many people will be reading at the forum.

Unfortunately I can't really advise you as I'm not a Type 1 and have never suffered from your other illnesses.

I hope someone will respond to you when the new day starts in the UK. Please try and be patient until then.
 
Thanks indy51, no not in a hurry for answer. Just thought I had put question on wrong spot in app. Not very tech savvy I'm afraid!! :0)
