Tight skin

I am type 1 and have good control over my condition but the last few days my skin has felt tight around my wrists and calfs has anyone else felt this?

Perhaps it is swelling underneath the skin or it is dry? Have you put on weight or felt bloated recently?

Perhaps you have urticaria.

Chronic idiopathic urticaria is an autoimmune condition like T1. There are many types. I have one triggered by heat/stress, one by chemical sensitivity and dermagraphism.

Do antihistamines help at all?
