Hi Friends,
I am getting Tingling and burning sensations near the fingers, arms, eyes and legs right after eating food, if I eat anything in moderate amounts, even some times if I eat anything in small quantities(like 50gms of peanut).
These symptoms tends to go away quickly If I indulge in any sort of activity.
Due to this I started to cut carbs a lot and ate a lot of protein and veggies lately.
I experienced a weight loss of 3kg, I don't know whether this was caused by reducing the carbs overall.
I got 5.6 in HBA1C test.
I don't know what to do, does anyone faced anything similar?
Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks & regards,
Venkatesh T

Hi Friends,
I consulted a local doctor in India, she suggested it is due to vitamin deficiency, and prescribed vitamin tablets, after taking it for an entire month, the tingling sensation mostly went down, I update here, if I face any issues here in the future, I delayed this update deliberately till noticeable changes after taking vitamin tablets. I self diagnosed myself which is the main problem here and went down a wrong route, if you face any symptoms like this consult with a doctor.

Hi there @venkatesht . Well that is good news. When we are diabetic or prediabetic it is always a concern when we get circulation problems / pins and needles . So That is good news. Thanks for the update as others may find your post of interest.
