once or twice a week i wake during the night with a tingling feeling in my lower legs it doesnt last long maybe a miniute or so its like a sweeping sensation my legs also feel hot it usually passes quickly and i drop off back to sleep but last night i had a nightmare and woke with the worst feeling in my legs ever it was the same sort of feeling but much stronger my heart was beating like the clappers the tingling was really intense could it have happened because my heart was beating faster ? my bloods are ok between 4.8 and 5.6 pre food and ave 6.7 after meals should i see the doctor about this thanks

Have you any kidney problems and oedema in lower legs feet and ankles?

Hi
Do you test when this happens? Could be a sign of the dawn phenomenon. When mine goes down at night I used to wake with numb / tingling lower legs, numb fingers and my arms above my head! Doing a test showed I was going lower .

Maybe try to test the next time a d see
