Tips for diabetics - hot weather

If the weather would only improve then these tips would be relevant. At the moment seem only viable if you are off to sunnier climates.

The weather is meant to change over the weekend and we are said to have a heat-wave next week, I'll believe it when I see it!

Hubby text me the same yesterday, I dont do hot weather it makes me melt n wilt plus am so fair skinned too. Anna.x :|

I mess up in the heat ain't diabetic I just reactive hypoglycemic with some high spikes from time to time so isit possible these high level spikes can regulate if i don't follow this or isit not worth me looking into?

For some reason I react worse in colder temperatures. The bad winter we had played havoc with my levels.

Love colder weather though, hot hot weather makes me sad lol.
