Has anyone had eye surgery to treat retinopathy and can recommend any tips or tricks on hope to cope with recovery? I've been told I need to lay face down for 5 days post op, which sounds so awful. Any recommendations for pillows or face supports please? And ideas on how to fill the time / keep myself sane would be appreciated!
