Tired after hypos?

The only time a hypo has made me feel like a Sack of Spuds is when i have had to be brought round by paramedics and it was the following day that i felt like this, when i say feeling like a sack of spuds i mean feeling absolutely drained.

Having said that my last paramedic assisted hypo treatment i felt absolutely fine afterwards, maybe also being hypothermic that time created a chemical inbalance/ balance counter reacting the sacknof spuds feeling the next day lol..
