I've been type 2 for 6 years now with high blood pressure hypo thyroidism and angina my blood results gave just come back hba1c down to 41 and thyroid levels all normal as is blood pressure but I'm constsntly tired. I fall asleep daily when I arrive home from work and during the weekends fall asleep on the couch during the day and I'm having at least 10 hours a night and Dall asleep within minutes of going to bed and cannot physically get up when my alar m goes off. I was just wondering if anyone else us constantly tired or am I bring over dramatic with it all.
If you are taking blood pressure medications to lower your blood pressure, some of these have tiredness as a side effect @kjc2011 You certainly need to see your G.P. so that he can do some investigations.
