Am feeling so so tired today, not done anything out of the ordinary. I have no meter to check levels. I feel half cut, sugar low do you think?

Could be either high or low @Debbie gott.
Have you got a birthday coming up? I ask because you have said that you cannot afford a meter and test strips. If someone bought you the Codefree and some strips as a present then the strips are the least expensive and you might be able to afford them occasionally.
