Hello Just watched them making Tofu on TV,and Wondered if it was any good for Diabetics,and if so what do you do with it ,Can you buy it in our supermarkets?? :?:
You can buy it in our supermarkets. Yotam Ottolenghi does a rather nice tofu in black pepper, very spicy so easy on the peppercorns. It takes on the flavour of whatever you cook it with, its good in stirfries, and its protein.
