Too hot for me

On my recent holiday in France, the high temperatures meant I was drinking water all the time. This made my need for the loo even worse than normal and meant I missed out on some trips as I was not sure where i would find facilities. How do others manage?

liquid intake will always increase with a hot climate as dehydration will increase through sweat in the warm weather.
if you are normally fully hydrated your urine output should not increase in hot weather.

an increase in urine output would suggest your blood sugars were higher in france or drinking the extra water was actually beginning to hydrate you properly which would temporarily increase urine output.
