i think we are broadly similar but very intricate so there are many differences, as in why one person is alergic to peanuts the next to gluten, so although i agree that carbs are bad because they are sugar, i also think everyones tolerance levels will be different, but broadly speaking we would all do well to eat fresh real food, cut down on carbs and exercise more often, after that i think we get into the differences, too much info? i dont think so, i like to hear it all then try to decide which i think is right, this isnt always easy, statins in my case are a mystery, if it were simple enough that we were all the same there would be a set guideline (if you take out the money food people and drug people make swaying the argument)
