Too much longacting

accidentally without thinking put way too much long acting on the insulin name is novolever and I've never done such a thing before I usually put 20 units every day at 9pm I accidenatlly put almost double the dose. Any help?
 
Only thing I can suggest is you keep checking your blood glucose and keep energy drinks and something carby close to hand. Others may have better advice than me!
