Toothpaste

I have just found this.
Diabetes makes the body more susceptible to bacterial infection, so people with diabetes have a decreased ability to fight germs that invade the gums.

Blimey now I have got to choose the correct toothpaste, just when I thought a good tooth brush used properly followed by a good rinse should be sufficient.
I have also been advised not to swallow toothpaste as the contents can further damage my pancreas.
Now there are saying be careful with fluoride mouth rinse.
No wonder people have dentures.
 
What to believe

I brush my teeth 3 times a day and use a mouthwash (Listerine) in the morning and last thing at night, the fluoride health concerns have been on-going for years.
 
I brush my teeth and rinse with a non alcoholic mouth wash. I prefer the alcoholic kind but when I run out of wine it would be tempting.

Occasionally a tooth is condemned by the dentist so I usually tell him to put a crown on it. None of the examples on the colour chart match the colour of my natural teeth so I now have gold, silver and several shades of green. I am going to the dentist tomorrow so I am now going to pick a colour and stick to it and wait for them all to be replaced one at a time.

Er ....what was the question again?
 
Any advice on use of Sensodine toothpaste? I use this regularly .
 
Don't No, ah yes what toothpaste?
I got stopped by the police years ago in the morning for a breath test, he asked me if I recently used a mouth wash. I said yes and staggered back onto to my vehicle to continue my journey. ( the breath test was negative I think ).
