I would say that it is vital to consider what your eating plan will be after the 12 weeks of very low calorie diet. Otherwise you are likely to lose any benefit gained during the 12 week programme.
Hi Pipp, I have been on this for 6 days now have to admit it's hard I have stuck to the plan and lost 4.8 kg so far. You have coaches now who call you every week to check up on your progress, they will also help you introduce food back in to your diet after the 12 weeks.
