Not sure if anyone would know but do you have any suggestions on an affordable but good supporting trainers, with arch support? I am doing a fair bit of running on a treadmill at the moment and have problems with my arches especially my left one. I have different trainers for the spin bike and have no problems there, just the running. Thanks in advance x
