Travel insurance

Hi my daughter is 9 and has type 1 ,we are thinking of booking a few days away to Disney land Paris can anyone tell me if travel insurance is a lot more for a diabetic ?

I'm going to New York next week, and my travel insurance as a diabetic was only marginally higher than my travel insurance as a non-diabetic.
I paid a normal premium (something like £20), and then an extra few pounds for having a declared illness. I've never before had to declare and illness on travel insurance, so I was pleasantly surprised and pleased.
