As a Type 1 with stage 4 CKD I have in the past traveled with my conditions not covered, not grerat I know. I am going to Croatia in July and have just had a VERY reasonable quote from these guys, with both my Diabetes and CGD covered

I've not heard of them before I went with bupa last time I traveled as lots of people on here recommend them. Maybe make sure you read the fine print just incase.
