Right on Dennis i got one on your advice, simple and effective. All you really need is access to some water every now and then.

Get a Frio cool bag, they're excellent. i bought one for when i go to Egypt next week... it's 43degrees C out there right now... pfft.

Hi Stu,
You must be a glutton for punishment - Egypt in July!?! I was there on a Nile cruise in March and it was touching 36 even then. Fortunately my cabin had a fridge, but the Frio bag was useful just for getting my pen to and from the plane in that heat.

i got a frio pouch to go skiing to lapland to stop my insulin freezing. it was minus 28 one day and the insulin inside the frio pouch stayed relatively warm.
