hello t2
i was sitting at my table when suddenly my chest started vibrating and above my elbow starting shaking lasted about 10 seconds no after effects
i wonder why
 
I would ask your doctor as soon as possible, or if in the UK and out of hours would phone 111 for advice.
 
I agree with John, make that call (if only to put your mind at ease).
