Apologies to start with, all numbers are written in words due to the problems with the forum and my intense dislike of the actual site for posting.
I am on another Libre trial. I have four trial sensors on plus my own. Yikes! Two started by phone and monitored blind are the three pluses. The other two are basic twos started with the original monitor that has no alarms. My own I have hooked up to my phone as usual.
My commitment, apart from wearing them, is to do blood tests four times a day on the primary monitor and follow with an immediate scan plus a scan on the secondary monitor.
It has been interesting to note that all readings, along with my own, are pretty in line, even with the blood test that is taken immediately before scanning. On top of which I changed my own sensor five days in. Took a photo last night. Blood test was five.three.
I’ve always said Libre works well for me personally and I very rarely blood test as I have lots of confidence on its reliability. This just reinforces it.
 
I was approached earlier this year to join a trial for a new CGM device that would have required me to wear this novel device (not Libre), plus a Libre as a control and carry a monitor for each CGM, in addition to my existing personal Dexcom G7 and my Omnipod DASH pump. Unfortunately, I felt I had to decline due to running out of enough space on my arms that weren't recovering insertion sites. Also I had surgery scheduled in April, so possibly not a best subject for a new device trial.

But thank you for taking part in this! Without trials no devices would ever be approved.
 
Yes it is a bit of a commitment. On Saturday when I put my new sensor on the day before to let it settle in, I was wearing six sensors. Plus carrying an extra two monitors around.
On top of which I spent two days away at parents and two days at a friends. In the middle of this I hurt my back and am now finding turning over in bed a bit of an ordeal, not helped by arms full of sensors.
 
Oh bless you @becca59 You've got my sympathy, back pain is horrible. You don't realise how it affects everything you do, or at least I certainly didn't, until I started having back issues.

Hope you feel better soon, and just to agree with @oldgreymare - thank you for taking part in the trial - I know it's not the first trial you've been part of.
