Trouble with FreeStyle Libre

Hello everyone, recently my mom has been having trouble with the alarms on the libre -libre 2 i think- sensors. So my mom is a type 1 diabetic and got a new phone -galaxy a21s- a couple of months ago, around April or May, so I doubt this is any problem with her phone.

All of a sudden the low glucose alarms have stopped working completely and all we get is the signal loss alarm, does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,

It wouldn't hurt to try in phone settings, then "apps" then "systems apps." Find Bluetooth, then clear memory & cache??
Then reboot the phone.?

She may simply need to go into the Libre app and set the alarms again??

I had the same issue but have solved it (so far for almost 2 days!).
In the Libre app settings on your phone I deselected 'remove permissions if app is unused', then restarted the phone and rescanned the sensor. Mine's a Samsung android phone.
