Trouble with levemir

Hi does anyone have trouble with injection sites. I was changed to Levimer in October since then I am getting massive lumps & large red blotches & bruses wherever I inject they are quite sore it is so bad I am running out of areas to inject. I dint have this problem with lantus tho it was causing other problems Advice please we'd be appreciated

Are you pinching your skin before you inject? Try and make sure you aren't using the same area too often! I would mention this to your Dr or Nurse at the diabetic clinic the next time you go!

Could be your having an allergic reaction to levemir, as the previous poster says you'd be better discussing this with your diabetes team.
