Trulicity

I see many posts here about the side effects of the above. I started last week with my first dose and have felt sick since and have vomited on two separate nights. I feel full which is fine, but am struggling with the indigestion. I see that this is standard from many people's experience but wonder if there is a consensus about how long this will last or any ways to manage it?
