It is truly amazing what different teas can do. I use chamomile a lot (from the dried herb, not in the bags), and I have dried echinacea, which I find very effective at getting rid of any cold that might threaten me. Another favourite is peppermint for any digestive problems.
I've never tried chai - I may well get some. Thank you for the recommendation.
