I spotted the question asking about what Metformin does, so I've decided to try a couple of days without it. It's still there if I find I need it.

A fairly fast hard walk of nearly 4 miles in 1hour 17 mins, including a shortish STEEP hill( I'm a slow walker)
mid morning
cup of coffee with cream
a few nuts
pre-lunch BG 4.9
lunch
2 low carb crispbreads with cheddar cheese, a few blackberries picked fresh from my garden coffee with cream
